Just Because I Am

This is a book for very young children about getting along with and accepting yourself. Everybody is special and wonderful, no matter what they look like, or what they are good at. It addresses the concerns of the young, including appearance, feelings, privacy and changes. It's reassuring to kids to hear from a stranger that they are good, no matter what their experiences have been. Everybody has the capacity to learn, to feel, and to grow. That's what makes us all important.
